What should I do if I've left a personal item in a Cab?

Please contact Customer Services by selecting the section 'Previous journeys', then 'Object left in a vehicle'. If the driver has found your personal item, they may leave it at our headquarters so you can come and pick it up, or you can book a journey (at your expense) for the driver to drop it off at an address of your choice.
